Overview

Renamed commissioned-epcs to ingredient-sources
added support for CSV outputs (new parameter)

CSV output

support for displaying intermediate ingredients for CSV output
support for displaying information through aggregation events
covers more edge cases

I have some minor comments addressed in https://github.com/maxzuo/IFT-Developer-Zone/pull/1 and https://github.com/maxzuo/IFT-Developer-Zone/pull/2. I pulled locally and ran and this looks really good. I think we can merge this as is since I know of some people that want to try this out, but we should address a few things in follow up PR: 1) CSV download comes with a txt file extension 2) There are a number of lint errors
