We should update this checklist as needed -- https://github.com/IBM/IFT-Developer-Zone/wiki/doc-Onboarding-Checklist

e.g. some of the items with no links likely need some words associated with them, somewhere, right?

Add specifically who this is for - data integrators to automate their uploads.

Has this been tested front to back by a new user?
