Build the required .deb packages and identify dependencies.

Initially it was intended to make LTFS Data Management also available for Ubuntu. LTFS Data Management depends on LTFS Library Edition which only is available so far for RHEL 7. To make LTFS Data Management available for Ubuntu it will be required that also LTFS Library Edition will be available for this platform.
