npm run dev opens the local web server but cannot authenticate login with user1 as username and password.

I believe you started the service remotely. By default, the service should run locally. How to change the setting necessitates waiting for someone to give us some suggestions.

I was able to get it working on a Windows OS but not Mac. I wonder if there is any way around this other than opening Bootcamp.
