Update to incorporate the component/service changes #40

The updates are as follows:

Compose has changed to IBM Cloud Database (ICD)
"Databases for Redis" service has TLS now baked in:
- so the serverless code is updated to connect redis client using certificate
- New parameter for redis certificate
- Update in Alexa wizard
- Some changes to Watson Assistant like "workspaces" --> "skills"
- "bx" --> "ibmcloud"
