Modification for support of ansible-core 2.14 and 2.15 and above
(no longer support older ansible levels) along with requiring
python 3.9+ for these newer ansible versions.
Update documentation for new levels and steps to install ansible on
IBM i control node without rpm package.
Update dependencies for new Ansible level (2.14+) and python 3.9+.
Add CHANGELOG file and tests/config.yml (skip older python levels).
Modifications for complying with ansible-lint in production mode
for portion of collection files. This is a work in progress.
Completely clean up playbooks.
