ASK: @@indirakalagara/@amtrice/@matt, AS AWS EFS CSI Driver is GA in OCP 4.11, how can I use it as cluster storage when launching self managed OCP 4.11 using QuickStart Reference architecture

Business Case: It is not only cost effective to use cloud vendor provided storage options implementing CSI over ODF but also native integration helps adoption by respective cloud vendor solution architect team.

Please observe that ROSA does not support Self managed OCS/ODF.
