Change SIP user interface to be text box and regex for image version #108

Image will always start with the following format, 10.0.2406.1 May be characters after this used in future for specific patches.

Also include an info box with a link to the available versions.

As part of this change, need to include a version verification script which runs before proceeding with further resource creation - can do a curl query of available images.
