BPMN: Adding annotations results in "Could not find target for association" errors #72

It appears that adding any sort of annotation produces a validation error. (Actually, it looks like 1 or more annotations produce exactly one validation error.) For example:

Could not find target [_D51D1378-9B8D-4F0E-808A-78778AB00448] for association [_49569FBD-1AF8-443B-90C7-779F8CBA75AB]
