update version to 1.0.1-SNAPSHOT #129

This depends on https://github.com/IBM/cics-bundle-common/pull/22 being merged and built first (then we can rerun the Travis build for this PR).

Have chosen not to update the readme files intentionally, so that people viewing the readme on the site (which they naturally will) see the correct content for 1.0.0.

I see that question. I guess in that case we could downgrade the common dependency.

Feels like the most likely scenario is that we'll change common and want to see the change in here.

I am open to further wisdom though.

OK I've backed off our cics-bundle-common dependency back to 0.0.2
