Prepare for CP4D 4.8 support #565

In CP4D 4.8 there will be a breaking change: iamIntegration will be defaulted to true for the CP4D control plane.

Make the following changes:

[x] In the sample config for CP4D 4.8, include the use_fs_iam: True property
[x] Support logging in to CP4D using FS IAM
[x] #580
