Describe the bug We identified a couple of small issues in the deployer for CP4D 5.0:

[x] the hadoop cartridge should be renamed to hee
[x] IKC has 3 installation types now: wkc, ikc_premium and ikc_standard
[x] The sample config for cp4d and watsonx has an incorrect cp4d_entitlement
[x] Google flan T5 XL model is missing: #732
[x] Do not fail if ingress certificate secret not found
