feat: Rename cp4aiops to cp4waiops

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The official name of the Cloud Pak is Watson for AIOps, and that carries to many resource and folder names in the actual product. This repository uses only "aiops" instead of "waiops" in many places and that causes some surprises for people expecting that it would align with the product symbols.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Replace all occurrences of aiops to waiops inside resource names.
• Rename all occurrences of cp4aiops with cp4waiops in folder names.
