Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. One may want to have ArgoCD reflect the health status of managed clusters.

Describe the solution you'd like Add resource health checks for the ClusterDeployment.hive.openshift.io and ManagedCluster.cluster.open-cluster-management.io types.

Describe alternatives you've considered None, the requirement is too narrow.
