feat: Update Cloud Pak for Watson AIOps to 3.7.0 #222

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The 3.7.0 release was released on 03/29, so it is time to upgrade this repository.

Describe the solution you'd like Update the subscription channels and reflect whatever changes are required for the release (e.g. NOI spec.version field)

Describe alternatives you've considered None, the requirement is pretty narrow.
