Upgrade CP4BA to 21.0.2 IF003 #26

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The latest release of CP4BA is out, so this repository should be tested with that version for clean install and for upgrades.

Describe the solution you'd like

  1. Upgrade the artifacts in this repository to support both a clean installation of CP4BA 21.0.2 IF003 and upgrade from CP4BA 21.0.2 IF002 to 21.0.2 IF003
  2. Inspect the release notes for potential fixes to workarounds in the repository, then remove unnecessary and/or harmful workarounds.

Describe alternatives you've considered None, the requirement is pretty narrow.
