Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Update to the CP4I 2023.4 release once it comes out: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/cloud-paks/cp-integration/2023.4

The repository should deploy that release.

Describe the solution you'd like Update all operator and operand values to deploy this new release.

Describe alternatives you've considered None, the requirement is pretty narrow.
