Remove CP4D, CP4BA, and CP4AIOps from common-service-maps #286

Describe the bug

  1. CP4D and CP4BA are using the new version of Common Services (4.x,) which don't need special configuration for tenant isolation.
  2. CP4AIOps does not support tenant isolation yet.
