Description of changes:

New policy to propagate entitlement key from RHACM cluster's openshift-gitops namespace to the same location in managed clusters where Cloud Paks will be installed.

Output of argocd app list command or screenshot of the ArgoCD Application synchronization window showing successful application of changes in this branch.
