Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. RHACM release 2.9 is out, so it is time to upgrade the version of RHACM in the repository.

Describe the solution you'd like Upgrade the subscription channel in the repository, update eventual CRs, remove deprecated ones, etc

Describe alternatives you've considered None, the requirement is pretty narrow.
