Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management policies for Cloud Paks #36

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. RHACM is a mechanism for managing clusters, and starting with the 2.3.x version released in September, it has native support for Argo applications.

I would like to have RHACM policies and placement rules for the Cloud Paks in this repostor

Describe the solution you'd like

  1. Have the RHACM policies for the existing Cloud Pak "Application" objects.
  2. Reference those policies in Argo "Application" objects as well, so that (part of) RHACM configuration itself can be managed through Argo.

Describe alternatives you've considered There are other cluster management solutions out there, but to my knowledge, none that can work natively with Argo CD applications.
