Support AIOps 3.2 #58

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. AIOps 3.2 introduces significant changes to the way the product is installed, so we need to ensure this repository can still install that latest version.

Describe the solution you'd like Read through the updated documentation (https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/cloud-paks/cloud-pak-watson-aiops/3.2.0) and reflect eventual changes in the repo, watching for backward compatibility with the previous version.

Describe alternatives you've considered None, the requirement is pretty narrow.
