Closes: #81

Description of changes:

Upgrades all license and version numbers in CP4I resources
Renamed some files to increase readability
Versioned chart metadata to match CP4I versioning scheme

Output of argocd app list command or screenshot of the ArgoCD Application synchronization window showing successful application of changes in this branch.
