use the scale command #69

from the meetup perspective. we're not introducing and using crud operations. let's avoid dropping people into buffers they'll get stuck in.

I think yaml and create/get/apply/delete is more fitted to the longer workshop format.

also, we are fully in control, so let's not use "deployment-name". Let's force it to hello-world and use that everywhere here.
