1 Click Install Fails because of Pipelines issue #327

The one click install is failing because of an issue creating a token for the image bot. 1click-terraform.log

Even after working around the token issue the pipeline fails to run with the following error Pipeline cp4i/test-apic-pipeline can't be Run; it contains Tasks that don't exist: Couldn't retrieve Task "run-command": failed to get task: tasks.tekton.dev "run-command" not found
