For health check, I think we've already defined it at: https://github.com/IBM/cp4waiops-gitops/blob/release-3.4/config/argocd/openshift/argocd.yaml#L14-L245. This was originally introduced when creating all-in-one template where the ArgoCD CR is auto-applied. Given that all-in-one is just a reference and not officially supported thing at the moment in this repo. We can check the document if manually applied these stuff is documented.
