for the existing cp4waiops 3.3 customer to take the advantage of gitops, investigate how to use Argocd to manage existing 3.3 install and able to upgrade from it.

We'd like to see gitops deployment scenarios fit with this: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/cloud-paks/cloud-pak-watson-aiops/3.4.0?topic=planning-deployment-scenarios … that is: say which of the deployment scenarios can be achieved using gitops. Don’t want to introduce any new deployment scenarios with gitops … just make the existing ones easier.
