Tuning history should show subsystem for associated Db2 connection #131

Description of the feature or enhancement

Currently the tuning history shows <SQL STATEMENT> <date, time> (<Db2 server> (Db2 ID))

But this can be confusing for users who run tuning on different subsystems but the same Db2 server.

Instead, it should show <SQL STATEMENT> <date, time> (<Db2 server>/<Db2 subsystem> (Db2 ID))
