Release zAppBuild 3.0.1

This release is

• removing logic as well as definitions of the removed DependencyResolver and ImpactResolver APIs
• adds dependencySearch configurations as a required build property
• slightly refactoring the utilities by dropping the ResolverUtilities.groovy which was used to preserve backward compatibility in the previous releases
• minor updates of the zunit test framework

Please note, this release is performed from a fork of a code owner. The branch was build on upstream/develop but cherry picked two commits to leave the update of the MQ for the next release.

A separate PR will be opened just to get the git history in develop back into sync.

For everyone's awareness. This is the second PR for release 3.0.1. The initial PR #298 for release 3.0.1 got indeed merged to main and got reverted by the code owner due to too many cherry picked commits (different histories between develop and main).

The intention of the cherry picking is to leave #245 on develop for the next release 3.1.0.
