Change of anchor tabular fit logic and extension of celltyper notebook. #59

  1. Changed u_washer.py for the case of tabular anchors the fit is performed on construction and in this case other parameters need to be passed. It's not perfect to have different signatures depending on the data type but the error handling is trying to compensate, explaining it to the user.
  2. The celltyper notebook was slightly reordered and counterfactual explanation added.
