Annoying modal billing page blocking and forcing me to enter my credit card #105

I cannot login and remove my old ibm account after login on ibm cloud. I din't use my acc log time and not planning use it at all. Annoying modal billing page blocking and forcing me to enter my credit card, but I don't need it and just wanna delete my account...

Only billing page is available... How to remove my ibm account and personal data?

Hello Maksim, I apologize for the delay and I'm sorry to hear that you no longer wish to have an account on IBM Cloud.

Without entering a credit card number, your account is effectively cancelled so there is nothing additional you need to do if you no longer intend to use it.

If you would like to have your private information deleted, you can use this form (https://www.ibm.com/scripts/contact/contact/us/en/privacy/) to contact IBM Privacy. They can help you with that.
