Remove ibm db #19

This PR for name change, one for pyodbc and then another one for jython?

Yep. I'd suggest order is name change, then Jython removal, then move to pyodbc. The pyodbc changes will be much more invasive vs just renaming or removing files, so it should definitely go last.
