@akocbek Is the idea now that someone can use the env var RESOURCE_GROUP_NAME to pass the group they want to use? Is there documentation somewhere that will need to be updated? @brendankellyibm perhaps you might know? Also need someone with write access to approve and merge this

Not sure if there's any documentation ready for this, I'll have a look around for it. Merged anyway, should solve any resource group issues down the line.
