client side prometheus metrics? #124

Is there any plans to add client side metrics to the SDKs?

Understand that currently there is the ability to enable platform metrics in IBM Cloud but wondering if client side prometheus metrics would also be a good addition

Currently we have no plans to instrument the SDKs in this way.
