Update gateway url #85

Watson gateway urls are being deprecated and will cease to function after 12 Feb 2021. This pull request updates the watsonplatform.net urls to the corresponding onecloud urls.

I know :) they are showing up in a search for “watsonplatform.net” in the ibm GitHub org and I feel like it’s easier to change them than to explain how they don’t matter lol
