fix(config): improve and secure config UX

Miscellaneous fixes and improvements of the configuration command.

• User is no longer prompted for the profile during configuration, this makes the profile feature less visible which is desirable in regular use.
• Full configuration is no longer shown at the end of the config setup. Rather, values are shown inside the prompts.
• Flags have been converted to commands
• Added profiles command to list commands
