Extra dashes in error handler for unknown option #4

ibmcloud cos config region ---list
FAILED
Bad Flag Syntax in '-----list'

Note how I passed three dashes (oops), but also note the number of dashes in the error report. I see this in both 1.2.1 and 1.2.2.

Version 1.7.0 contains a fix.
