Failed to install instana-211 , since the origin deploy way : kubectl instana apply --settings-file settings.hcl is removed in instana plugin version 211

# kubectl instana apply
Error: unknown command "apply" for "kubectl-instana"
Run 'kubectl-instana --help' for usage.
# kubectl instana --version
kubectl-instana version 211-0 (commit=14e82aa6acc912c55b48d474eb9acfc81fcdb707, date=2021-10-27T13:29:59Z, image=211-0, branch=release)
