finished writing remote proofs module that fetches (Gists only so far) remote proofs, validates the contents / format and verifies the signature.

Still needs to:

[ ] compare url where proof is published with the service mentioned in the proof - may do this in a follow up issue

tested with live client pulling in Gist all the way through signature verification
