Publish updated pypi package #19

Hi, wanted to ask if it is possible to update the pypi package to v0.0.7? That would include the updated dependencies.

A new version has been released (https://github.com/IBM/jsonsubschema/releases/tag/v0.0.7) and been pushed to pypi (https://pypi.org/project/jsonsubschema/0.0.7/)
