Latency and Throughput values inline with documentation. #28

The storage performance test output has requirements listed as 18MB/s latency and 226MB/s for throughput. But the IBM docs (https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/cloud-paks/cp-data/4.7.x?topic=requirements-hardware#hardware-reqs__disk__title__1) show 11MB/s latency and 128MB/s for throughput. Shall we modify the performance output text to match the documentation or does the documentation need to be updated?
