Class reference used as output during lmctl project create

Describe the bug Running lmctl project create includes the following output:

Creating sources for <lmctl.project.source.config.RootProjectConfig object at 0x7f737180b730>

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Run lmctl project create Example

Expected behaviour Shouldn't see Python class pointers in the output. The output line should print the name of the project being created.
