It's been identified that some dependencies have not been updated for a while. We should look to uplift some of them. In particular, we'd like to uplift Jinja2 and pyjwt to make lmctl compatible with applications using the latest minor versions of those.
Describe the solution you'd like
Increase the ranges or just increase the upper bond of some of the dependencies in setup.py.
Need to be tested with the highest available in the any range we choose.
