Describe the bug Lmctl v2.6.0/2.6.1 assume Kami is on the same host as TNCO API gateway, this is not always true in OCP environments.

Proposed Fix Add configuration option for lm environments to set the kami address

Already fixed on master but now fixed on 2.6.x branch
