Tidy up lmctl help menu

As the number of lmctl commands has grown, it has become quite difficult to read the help menu.

We should organise the menu to display commands in groups by categories, such as:

• Project commands (project and pkg)
• Action commands (get, create etc.)
• Settings/Admin commands (login and use)
• Deprecated (vimdriver, lifecycledriver etc.)
