Support line breaks and lists in table cells

Need Markdown syntax to:

[ ] insert a line break, instead of having to use < br />

```
[ ] marked-it to process lists within table cells (instead of having to use <ul> or <ol>)
```
| *bullet 1 *bullet 2 *bullet 3|
| 1. item 1 2. item2 3. item3 |

This is now supported in marked-it 2.0
