This pull request adds the mental model inspired MANN implementation as discussed with @tkornut and @tsjayram.

It trains (slowly) on the Cog dataset. I intentionally kept all the subcomponents very lightweight.

I tried to sufficiently document the code. I will also prepare an explanation of the model as currently implemented so it's easy to work with the code.
