Vision problems and models cleanup #53

added LeNet5 model (fixes #17 )
cleaned MNIST and CIFAR problems
cleaned SimpleCNN and AlexNet models
cleaned 5 related configuration files (added SubsetRandomSamplers, removed invalid options etc.)
