Basic trainers fixes #72

Several fixes of offline/online trainers along the line presented in #66 In particular:

both trainers along with checkpoint export aggregated statistics (ref to #66)
Fixes #64 by adding another break in offline trainer
Fixes episode increment in offline trainer
Fixes #67 stores termination cause in checkpoint (both trainers)
