move repo to ibm organization #336

If node-odbc is either an ibm-sponsored project or is meant to be maintained beyond Mark as an indidual, it would be beneficial to move the project to the ibm organization or another organization for the project in Github.

@alanseiden This has been adressed in an issue a few years ago #17 Maybe things have changed since then but these were the reasons back then.
